how do i add a team mate to my team

i am not finding any option to add teammate details, can you help me out with it.

    Hi Param, Good question! Once the submission period opens on April 25th you will be able to start a draft project and add your teammates to the project from the Manage Team step. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
